These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all websites, communities, courses, webinars, programs, digital products, consulting services, marketing services, SMS programs, and other offerings provided by POKITBOSS LLC, operating under the brands Jenna Quinter, PokitBoss Agency, and Self Made Babes. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services or opt in to SMS communications.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for our services, opt in to SMS or email communications, or make any purchase. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. SMS Text Message Program

POKITBOSS LLC operates an SMS messaging program under the Jenna Quinter, PokitBoss Agency, and Self Made Babes brands.

Description of SMS Program: When you voluntarily check the optional SMS consent box on our registration form and provide your mobile number, you may receive text messages including masterclass and webinar reminders, event access links, Zoom meeting details, appointment notifications, educational content, program updates, and promotional marketing messages.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 2–8 messages per month depending on upcoming events and your engagement with our programs.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and will then receive no further SMS marketing messages. You may still receive non-marketing messages related to active purchases or registrations.

Consent is Optional: SMS opt-in is never required as a condition of registering for any event or purchasing any product or service from POKITBOSS LLC.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. POKITBOSS LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network conditions, or other factors outside our control.

3. Webinars and Live Events

When you register for a free or paid webinar, masterclass, or live event:

• You agree to receive registration confirmations, access links, and reminders via email and SMS where consent is provided
• Live events may not be recorded, replayed, or redistributed without prior written permission
• We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events with reasonable advance notice
• Event content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice

4. Digital Products and Courses

Digital products, courses, toolkits, and downloadable materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share purchased materials without written permission.

5. Marketing Agency and Consulting Services

Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules are set forth in a separate service agreement. Results from marketing and advertising services depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. Client responsibilities including timely access, materials, feedback, and approvals are material to service delivery.

6. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are subject to pricing displayed at the time of transaction. Unless a specific refund or satisfaction guarantee is stated at purchase, all sales are final. Chargebacks filed outside our stated policies may result in collection action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, frameworks, methodologies, and materials including the Booked & Banked Method™ are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POKITBOSS LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages. Carriers are not sponsors or co-sponsors of any POKITBOSS LLC SMS program. Participation in our SMS program is between you and POKITBOSS LLC only.

11. Community Standards

Participants in any POKITBOSS LLC community or program agree to treat all members and staff with respect, not engage in harassment or spam, not share proprietary content outside the community, and not solicit other members without permission. We reserve the right to remove participants without refund for violations.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully, particularly the sections regarding SMS opt-in data and your rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Palm Beach County, Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
